Repair calls start with a $77 diagnostic, applied toward the repair. Installs and replacements get a free in-home consultation with a Manual J load calculation and a written quote. No truck-roll fees, no surprise invoices.
Most diagnostics are an hour or less. We measure refrigerant pressures, electrical readings at the contactor, capacitor performance under load, and condensate flow. You get the findings in writing before any work begins.
